In sick of this stand your law basis for the Martin case. If Martin would have killed Zimmerman he would have surely been in jail first thing, even though it was Martin who was standing his ground and should have felt threatened. He was walking home to his house in his neighborhood and some grown man was following him for no reason. So if he beat him head into the ground he had a right to and zimmerman at least should have been arrested for harassment. I saw a lady ask what did the chief do wrong, she must be stupid
